In partial modification of the PM Electric Drive Revolution in Innovative Vehicle Enhancement (PM E-DRIVE) Scheme which was notified by Ministry of Heavy Industries vide S.O.4259 (E) dated 29th September 2024, the following amendments are made with effect from date of its publication in the Official Gazette: - 2. Annexure-6 of the notification, regarding Phased Manufacturing Programme (PMP) for EV Public Charging Stations for eligibility under PM E-DRIVE scheme is replaced with attached Annexure-6. EV Public Charging Station (EVPCS) shall comply with PMP as prevailing on the date of the purchase order as per above, at the time of supply of each lot being supplied under PM E-Drive Scheme. 2. EVPCS shall comply with the technical requirements as per IS:17017 (as amended from time to time), as tested and certified by the testing agency of MHI. 3. Import of EVPCS PMP components in CKD form (from single supplier) shall not be permitted. 4. Definition of “manufacture” shall be as defined in CGST Act 2017. 5.
