About Gazette Tracker

Gazette Tracker is a free tool that makes Indian Extraordinary Gazette notifications searchable, summarised, and trackable. It was built to solve a simple problem: the official egazette.gov.in publishes gazette PDFs without full-text search or alerts. Professionals who need to monitor government notifications — lawyers, chartered accountants, compliance teams, journalists — had no efficient way to stay on top of them.

Gazette Tracker scrapes the official portal every 3 minutes, extracts text from PDFs, generates AI-powered summaries, and makes everything searchable within approximately 13 minutes of publication. Users can set keyword alerts for instant or daily digest email notifications.

About the Founder

Tushaar Talwar

I'm Tushaar Talwar, the creator of Gazette Tracker. I'm a lawyer by profession (if you wish to typecast), and advise primarily on company, financial and regulatory laws. I enjoy structuring and negotiating commercial transactions and have been independently investing in small-cap public markets for the last 15 years, relying heavily on signals from exchange filings.

Over the years, this has led me to build several personal data pipelines for my own use – and Gazette Tracker started off as one such pipeline. I've since made it freely available as a public resource, since easier access to e-Gazette notifications serves the general public interest.
