Notification regarding Officer for composition of offences in case of Mines under the OSH and WC Code 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 114 of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020), the Central Government hereby notifies the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table below to be the officer for composition of offences in case of mines within the limits of their respective jurisdiction as specified in column (3) of the Table below:- TABLE Sl.
