L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-21082026-275652 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4448] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, AUGUST 21, 2026/SHRAVAN 30, 1948 MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 21st August, 2026 S.O. 4629(E).— In pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 139 of the code on social security, 2020 (36 of 2020), the Central Government hereby, notifies Social Security (Central) Rules, 2026, hereinafter referred to as the said rules, the following centres to be the career centre (Central) for the purposes of the rules, namely: - (i) Central Employment Exchange; and (ii) National Career Service Portal (www.ncs.gov.in) working under the Directorate General of Employment, Ministry of Labour and Employment, New Delhi as career centre (Central). (2) The career centres shall collect and furnish information in digital form. (3) The employer in every establishment or any class or category of establishments shall report all vacancies digitally to the career centre and any change in the particulars already furnished shall be digitally reported to the said career centre. (4) The career centre (Regional) shall digitally share the information collected by it to the career centre (Central) in the Form- XXV, Form-XXVI and Form-XXVI (A) of the said rules.
