New Delhi, the 15th April, 2024
O.N. 103(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of
the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby directs that following amendment shall be made in
its Notification No. 434/MH-HP/2024 (Dedicated ARO) dated 20th March, 2024, relating to the appointment of
dedicated Assistant Returning Officers for Parliamentary Constituencies in the State of Maharashtra namely;
In column 2 of the Table appended to the said notification, against 15 - Hingoli, as specified under column 1 of
the said notification, for the existing entry the following entry shall be substituted :-
