L. -33004/99 EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3427] NEW DELHI, THURS DAY, AUGUST 10 , 2023/ SHRAVANA 19, 1945 CG-DL-E-10082023-248008 MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE ORDER New Delhi, the 10th August, 2023 S.O. 3 581(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -sections (1) and (3) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub –section (ii), vide number S.O. 6071 (E ), dated the 27th December, 2022, namely: - In the said notification, in the Table, - (B) In both Hindi and English version, - (a) against serial number 5, in column (2), for the words “Water Resources Department”, the words “Public Works Department” shall be su bstituted; (b) against serial number 11, in column (2), for the words “Shri Sushant S. Naik”, the words “Dr. Sushant S. Naik” shall be substituted; (c) against serial number 13, in column (2), for the word “Director”, the words “Director and Exofficio Joint Secretary” shall be substituted. [F.
