L. -33004/99 EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3730] NEW DELHI, SATURDAY , SEPTEMBER 2, 2023/ BHADRA 11, 1945 CG-DL-E-02092023-248520 MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 1st September , 2023 S.O. 3891(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -paragraph (1) of paragraph 52 of the Employees’ Provident Funds Scheme, 1952, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O.1071 (E), dated the 23rd April, 2015, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub -section(ii), dated the 23rd April, 2015, namely: — In the said notification, in paragraph 4, after the words “Proceeds arising out of”, the words “sale or redemption of investment in equities and related investments,” shall be inserted and shall be deemed to have been inserted with effect from the 24th day of August, 2023.
