Governor of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby makes the following amendment in Chapter 17 of the High Court Rules & Orders, Volume IV:- The following sub rule (4) shall be inserted after the existing sub rule (3) of Rule 3 of Chapter 17 of Volume IV of the High Court Rules & Orders:- 4. Grant of Braille printed copies. Any person entitled to obtain a copy of a judicial record may apply for certified copy printed in Braille. NOTE: THIS AMENDMENT SHALL COME INTO FORCE FROM THE DATE OF ITS PUBLICATION IN THE GAZETTE.
