No. 8/32/2006-DAM/MR/937-953.—In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (7) of section 118 of the Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998 (Delhi Act No.7 of 1999), the following bye-laws made and adopted by the Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee, Narela, Delhi and confirmed by the Director are hereby notified as under: "BYE-LAWS" In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1), (2) and (7) of section 118 of the Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act 1998 (Delhi Act No.7 of 1999), the Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee, Narela hereby makes the following Bye-Laws further to amend the Narela Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee, Bye-laws, 2015 as follows, namely:- Short title and Commencement. - (i) These Bye-Laws may be called the Narela Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee (Amendment) Bye-Laws, 2023 (ii) They shall come into force at once. Amendment of Bye-Law No. 48. - In the Narela Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee, Bye-laws, 2015, in Bye-Law No. 48, rate of market service fee and incidental charges to be paid by the seller and buyer shall be as under:- Service fee paid by buyer / Revised Labour Charges in Rs. Per bag (50kg): 1. Filling of Wheat, Mustard: Rs. 2.20; Filling of Paddy: Rs. 3.35 2. Sewing: Rs. 1.00 3. Loading of (Wheat/Paddy): Rs. 2.55 4. Daang/Dhaang: Rs. 2.25 5. Weighing: Rs. 2.50 Service fee paid by farmer / seller: 1. Unloading of loose commodities: Rs. 1.80 2. Unloading of commodity in bags: Rs. 2.30 3. Jharai: Rs. 1.50 4. Kaat: Rs. 1.45 5.
