No. 97 PART IV GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI 5104 DG/2026 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] DEPARTMENT OF LAW, JUSTICE AND LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 7th July, 2026 F.No.6/3/2018-Judl./Suptlaw/1862-1867.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 22 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), on the recommendation of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court of Delhi, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to designate the following Courts at Rouse Avenue District Courts Complex, New Delhi, as Special Courts for the trial of offences under any or all the enactments specified in the Schedule to the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008, namely:- 1. Special Exclusive Court No. 04, Rouse Avenue District Courts Complex, New Delhi: 2. Special Exclusive Court No. 05, Rouse Avenue District Courts Complex, New Delhi; 3. andSpecial Exclusive Court No. 06, Rouse Avenue District Courts Complex, New Delhi. It is further notified that the previously designated Court of Additional Sessions Judge-02, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi notified vide notification bearing no.F.1/1/2012/Suptlaw/1041-1045 dated 12.09.2013 as the Special Court under Section 22 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008, shall stand de-notified from such date when the aforesaid Special Courts are made functional by posting/transfer order issued by Hon'ble High Court of Delhi.
