                Detailed Summary
            

            
Notification S.O. 5275(E), issued by the Ministry of Railways (North Western Railway, Construction Department) at Jaipur on 18 November 2025 under sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008) and the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), amends an earlier notification, No. S.O. 4483(E), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), Jaipur, on 1 October 2025, in which the entire column at Serial No. 1 for village Bhiwani Lohar had been inadvertently omitted from the English version. The corrigendum restores that entry: Serial No. 1, Bhiwani Sub-Division and Tehsil, village Bhiwani Lohar, Survey/Khasra No. 90//3/1/1, private land of the nature 'Barren Jadid', total land area 0-1 Kanal-Marla (0.0025 hectares), listing a large number of named co-owners and interested persons (including Ompati daughter of Puransingh, Mukesh, Kaushal, Dinesh and Ritu children of Mohansingh, Kulbeersingh, Satveer and Vikramsingh among many others) and their fractional shares. Corrigendum
S.O. 5275(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways
(Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008) and the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as “the said
Act”), the Government of India, Ministry of Railways (North Western Railway, Construction Department) hereby
makes the following amendments to its earlier notifications:
In the notification No. S.O. 4483(E) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II—Section 3—
Sub-section (ii), Jaipur, dated 01 October 2025, the following details shall be addressed and substituted:
“The original notification No. S.O. 4483(E) was published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary), Part-II,
