No. 74 (E) dated 28th January, 2022, the Central Government hereby appoints Chief Freight Transportation Manager (CFTM), South Coast Railway (SCoR) as the representative of the Ministry of Railways on the Board of Visakhapatnam Port in place of Chief Freight Transportation Manager (CFTM), East Coast Railway (ECoR) with immediate effect.
