CE-RO/LKO/NH-321G/LA/2021-22/3D2] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th June, 2026 S.O. 3392(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways,number S.O. 994(E) Dated 24 Februray 2026 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for construction (widening/two /four lane etc.,) Maintenance, management and operation of NH-321G in the stretch of land from Km. 0+000 to Km.51+600 in (Aagra-Jalesar- Etha Road) (Section-1) in the District Aagra state of Uttar Pradesh And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Dainik Jagaran (Hindi)” And “Sunday Express (English)” both dated “22 March 2026”, under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas no objection has been received from any person by the competent authority; And whereas the Competent Authority has, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, submitted its report to the Central Government: So now The Central Government, on receipt of the said report of the competent authority, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose And now the Central Government, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, hereby declares that on the publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the lands specified in the said Schedule shall, free from all encumbrances, vest absolutely in the Central Government .
