Shri Pradeep Kumar Singh, Ex -officio Member" Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure, New Delhi [F. No. HAJ-11/4/2021 -HAJ-MoMA] CPS BAKSHI , Jt.
