2215 GI/202 4 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1464] NEW DELH I, FRIDAY , MARCH 22, 2024 /CHAITRA 2, 194 6 CG-DL-E-23032024-253345 MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th March , 2024 S.O. 1 533(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the All India Institute of Med ical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Government hereby nominates Vice Chancellor, Visva -Bharati University, Shantiniketan, West Bengal to be member of Ins titute Body of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Kalyani, West Bengal in place of Prof. (Dr.) Sonali Chakravarti Banerjee, Vice Chancellor, University of Calcutta, West Bengal, and for that purpose makes the following amendment in the notification o f Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Number Z - 28016/65/2017 -PMSSY -IV dated the 15th July, 2019 published in the Gazette of India Part II, section 3, Sub -Section (ii) vide SO 2758(E) dated the 1st August, 2019: In the said notificati on, for serial number 1 and the entry relating thereto, the following should be substituted, namely: - “Member under clause (aa) of Section 4: “1. Vice Chancellor, Visva -Bharati University, Shantiniketan, West Bengal” The terms of office of member shall b e governed by the provisions contained in Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956.
