In the said notification, - (a) in paragraph 2, in the table, for serial number 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall respectively be substituted, namely: - Serial Number Name of Member Status of Membership (1) (2) (3) “3. Dr Kamlesh Kumar Dwiwedi, Professor, Jeevak Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital Research Centre, Akauni, Kamlapur, Uttar Pradesh Member”; (b) in paragraph 3, in the table, for serial number 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall respectively be substituted, namely: - Serial Number Name of Member Status of Membership (1) (2) (3) “ 4. Dr S Mathukumar, Professor & Principal, Sri Sai Ram Siddha Medical College & Research Centre, Chennai, Tamil Nadu Member –Siddha”; (c ) in paragraph 4, in the table, for serial number 7 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall respectively be substituted, namely: - Serial Number Name of Member Status of Membership (1) (2) (3) “7. Dr Sushrut Kanaujia, Professor & HOD, Shalya Tantra, Govt. Autonomous Ayurveda College and Hospital, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh Member -Any Indian System of Medicine”; (d) in paragraph 5, in the table, for serial number 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall respectively be substituted, namely : - Serial Number Name of Member Status of Membership (1) (2) (3) “3.
