CG-DL-E-16082024-256408 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th August, 2024 S.O. 3255(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988), the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 1022 (E), dated the 9th March, 2020 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary dated 9th March, 2020 and S.O. 2644 (E), dated the 6th August, 2020 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary dated 6th August, 2020 with immediate effect.
