CG-DL-E-14052024-254190 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) 3022 GI/2024 (1) MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th May, 2024 S.O. 1984(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 1426(E), dated the 5th May, 2017, namely:- In the Table to the said notification, for the following entries, under columns number (1), (2) and (3) respectively:- | NH-23 | Ranchi to Gumla Section (In the State of Jharkhand) | Km. 2.900 to Km. 88.000 | |---|---|---| the following entries under columns number (1), (2) and (3) respectively, shall be substituted:- | NH-23 (New NH-43) | Ranchi to Gumla Section (In the State of Jharkhand) | Km. 2.90 to Km. 88.600 | |---|---|---| [F.
