II/152/32/2015 ] No. 5068] NEW DELHI, TUES DAY , DECEMBER 12, 2023/ AGRAHAYANA 21, 1945 CG-DL-E-13122023-250615 2 THE GAZE TTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS ORDER New Delhi, the 12 th December, 2023 S.O. 5297(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sec tion 2 of the United Nations (Security Council) Act, 1947 (43 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Iraq Order, 201 6, namely : – 1. (1) T his Order may be called the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Iraq (Second Amendment) Order, 2023. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Implementation o f the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Iraq Order, 2016, in the Schedule, in Annexure 2, under the heading “A.
