The objections or suggestions which may be received from any person in respect of the said draft rules before the expiry of the aforesaid period only will be considered by the Central Government. DRAFT RULES 1. Short title and commencement-(1) These rules may be called the Central Motor Vehicles (..... Amendment) Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of publication. 2. In the said rule, in rule 62, in sub-rule (1), in clause (b), the following shall be substituted, namely: "the words "01st October 2024" shall be substituted by the words "01st April 2025".
