Furthermore, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 20E, the Central Government declares that upon publication of this notification, the land, specifically 0.073 Hectare in Village Dipka, Tahsil Dipka, District Korba (C.G.), shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances. No. CAO/C/BSP/Gevraroad-Pendraroad/6] MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (South East Central Railway) NOTIFICATION Bilaspur, the 2nd February, 2026 (Under Section 20E of the Railway Act, 1989) S.O. 480(E).- Whereas by the notification of the Government of India, In the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) number S.O. 5492 (E), dated the 08 December 2025, published in the Gazzette of India (Extra-Ordinary) Part- II section 3 sub section (ii), hereinafter referred toas the said notification) under subsection (1) of 20A of the railway act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for execution of Special Railway Project, namely GEVRAROAD to PENDRAROAD (135.00 km.) in the state of Chattisgarh. And, whereas the substance of the said notification 20 A was published as per section 20A sub section (4) in the daily Newspapers, Dainik Bhaskar (Hindi) Bilaspur Edition on 18.12.2025 and Rashtriy Vijay Mail (Hindi) Korba Edition on 18.12.2025. And whereas, No objections were received within the set time period and disposed of by the Competant Authority under section 20D of the said Act;And, whereas, in pursuance of subsection (1) of section 20E of the said act,the Competant Authority has submitted his report to the central Government; Now,therefore,upon receipt of the said report of the Competant Authority, and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of the section 20E of the said act 1989, the central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the sechdule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And, further, in pursuance of subsection (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Cenrral Government free from all Encumbrances.
