This amendment involves the insertion of a new sub-rule (4) after the existing sub-rule (3) of Rule 3, which stipulates that any person entitled to obtain a copy of a judicial record may apply for a certified copy printed in Braille. This amendment is effective from the date of its publication in the Gazette, which is January 29, 2026. Governor of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby makes the following amendment in Chapter 17 of the High Court Rules & Orders, Volume IV:- The following sub rule (4) shall be inserted after the existing sub rule (3) of Rule 3 of Chapter 17 of Volume IV of the High Court Rules & Orders:- 4. Grant of Braille printed copies. Any person entitled to obtain a copy of a judicial record may apply for certified copy printed in Braille.
