The substance of that notification was published in Naiduniya and Free Press, both dated 29 July 2024, under section 3A(3). The Competent Authority received and settled objections filed under section 3-C and submitted its report to the Central Government under section 3D(1). CE-RO BPL/30010/36/2018-19/3D] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th October, 2024 S.O. 4665(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways, Department of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 2811 (A) Dated 18 July 2024 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (II) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening / four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No.752C in the stretch of land from Km. 0+000 to 40+500 Km. Jirapur to Susner MP-RJ-Border- Road in the District-Rajgarh, State of Madhya Pradesh. Hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
