CG-DL-E-06052026-272240 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) 3050 GI/2026 (1) MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th April, 2026 S.O. 2151(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby directs that the functions in relation to the execution of works pertaining to each of the National Highways described in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be exercisable by the State Government specified in column (3) of the Table against each highway subject to the condition that the State Government concerned shall in the exercise of such functions be bound to comply with the rules for the time being in force under the said Act and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways) number S.O 1096(E), dated the 4th August, 2005, namely:- In the said notification, in the Schedule, for serial number 11 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: - Table | (1) | (2) | (3) | |---|---|---| | “11 | So much of New National Highway No. 42, No. 52 [Hubli to Ankola Section only (130 km)], No. 67 [(Ramnagar-Dhawad section only(63 km)], No. 69 [Honnavar to Shivamogga Section (160km) and Banavar–Huliyar-Sira-Madhugiri-Chintamani-Mulbahal section only (293 km approx.)], No. 73 (Bantval-Beltangadi-Mudigere-Belur-Banavar section and spur Ujire- Dharmastala- Periyashanthi Section, only), No. 75 (Mulbagal to Karnataka / Andhra Pradesh border only), No. 150, No. 150A [Hiriyur – Huliyur –Chikkanayakanahalli-Nagamangala- Srirangapatna-Mysore-Nanjangud – Chamarajanagar section (excluding overlapping with NH- 275 and NH-766 near Mysore Town), No. 150C, No. 160, No 161A, No. 166E, No. 167, No. 167N, No. 169 [excluding from Km. 743.900 to Km.745.000 of old NH-13 (Maroli Junction to Nanthoor Junction) and from Km. 698.850 to Km. 743.900 of old NH-13 (Sannur junction to Bikarnakatte Section)], No. 169A, No. 173, No. 181, No. 275 (Junction with NH-75-Puttur- Sulya-Madikeri Section Only), No. 367, No. 369, No. 369E, No. 373 (Hassan-Holenarasipura- Bilikere section only), No. 544DD, No. 544E, No. 548B, No. 548H, No. 561A, No. 748, No. 752K, No. 766C, No. 766E and No. 766EE as are situated within the State of Karnataka. | State Government of Karnataka. | [F.
