Under S.O. 2155(E), issued under section 5 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government directs the National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited to develop and maintain New NH-913 along the Tuting-Jido-Singha-Anelye-Hunli-Khupa-Hayuliang-Chenquenty-Hawai-Miao-Deban-Ramnagar-Vijaynagar section and three spurs (Tato-Monigong, Pango-Joring border, and Miao-Kharsang) in Arunachal Pradesh, totalling 883.06 km. Under S.O. 2156(E), issued under the same section, the Central Government directs the Border Roads Organization, under the Border Road Development Board, to develop and maintain New NH-913 along the Bomdila-Nafra-Dibrick-Sachung-Lada-Sarli-Huri-Parsi Parlo-Tali-Taliha-Tato-Bile-Migging-Tuting section in Arunachal Pradesh, totalling 947.00 km. Under S.O. 2157(E), also issued under section 5, the Central Government amends notification S.O. 1096(E) dated 4th August 2005 (last amended by S.O. 1999(E) dated 22nd April 2026) by substituting the Table entry for serial number 2, assigning execution functions over stretches of National Highways Nos. 37, 52, 52A, 52B, 153, 229 and several other 'new NH' designated highways within Arunachal Pradesh to the State Government of Arunachal Pradesh. Under S.O. 2158(E), the Central Government rescinds, with immediate effect, notifications S.O. 1309(E) and S.O. 1310(E), both dated 20th March 2023, published in Gazette of India Extraordinary No. 1258 dated 20th March 2023.
