The Central Government declares the acquisition of land for the Four Laning of Ponda to Bhoma section of NH-748 in Goa, vesting it absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances, in exercise of powers under sub-section (1) and (2) of section 3D of the National Highways Act, 1956.
