The Central Government declares that the lands specified in the annexed schedule shall be acquired for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management, and operation of the Wardha-Nanded (via Yavatmal Pusad) New BG Railway line, and that these lands shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances upon publication of this notification.
