Request for Publication of Gazettee Notification for the below mentioned Land Schedule under Subsection 1 of section 20E of the Railways Amendment Act 1989
The Central Government declares that the lands specified in the annexed schedule shall be acquired for the Special Railway Project and shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances upon publication of this notification.
