The Central Government issues a Corrigendum, S.O. 4018(E), to amend its previous Gazette Notification S.O. 5695(E) dated 07.12.2022.

Notification under sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3D of the National Highways Act, 1956 declaring final acquisition of land in Saran district, Bihar, for construction of an extradosed cable bridge over the River Ganga and a toll plaza on NH-139(W), and vesting the land absolutely in the Central Government free from encumbrances.

The Central Government declares the acquisition of specified land for the construction of an Extradosed Cable Bridge and associated facilities on NH-139(W) in Bihar, and further declares that the acquired land shall vest absolutely in the Central Government.

The Central Government declares its intention to acquire land for the building, maintenance, management, and operation of National-Highway No.-139(W) under the National Highways Act, 1956.
