Notification regarding authorization under section 164 of Electricity Act, 2003 to M/s Powergrid South Olpad Transmission Limited
The Ministry of Power confers powers under Section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003, to M/s Powergrid South Olpad Transmission Limited for laying overhead transmission lines for evacuation of power from the renewable energy zone in Khavda, Gujarat, granting it powers equivalent to a telegraph authority under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885.
