Notification regarding authorization under section 164 of Electricity Act 2003 to M/s Anantapur II REZ Transmission Limited
The Ministry of Power confers powers under Section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003, to M/s Anantapur II REZ Transmission Limited for laying overhead transmission lines to integrate the Anantapur-II Renewable Energy Zone, granting it powers equivalent to a telegraph authority under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885.
