Publication of notification of extraordinary gazette under Part II section 3 Sub Section (I) Notification under clause 20 A of the Railway Act 1989 (24 of 1989)for land to be acquired in connection with Special Railway Project, namely 5 th and 6 th line between Borivali Virar on Western Railway, under MUTP IIIA in District Vasai in the State of Maharashtra.
The Central Government declares its intention to acquire land for the 5th and 6th railway lines between Borivali-Virar on Western Railway under Section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989.
