Publication of notification in the Extraordinary Gazette of India under Section 3(1) of the P and MP Act 1962 (50 of 1962) relating to land schedule in respect of Kandla Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline to be laid by IHB limited for acquisition of ROU in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
The Central Government declares its intention to acquire the right of user in land for the Kandla to Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline Project by IHB Limited, exercising powers under Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962.

The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas declares its intention, under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, to acquire the right of user in land in Azamgarh district, Uttar Pradesh, for laying the Kandla to Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline by IHB Limited.
