Publication of Notification in the Gazette of India under section 3(1) of the PMP Act, 1962 for acquisition of Right of User (RoU) in land for laying underground pipelines Project for Padra, Petlad, Nadiad Taluka of Vadodara, Anand, Kheda in the State of Gujarat.
The Central Government declares its intention to acquire the right of user in land for the laying of crude oil and gas pipelines by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962.
