Publication of E gazette Notification for Declaration of acquisition of land under Section 20(E) for land acquisition for 2 nos. villages Bitargaon and Belgavan under district Yavatmal for Wardha Nanded (via Yevatmal Pusood) New Railway line
The Central Government declares the acquisition of specified lands for the "Wardha- Nanded (via Yevatmal Pusood)” New BG Railway Line" in Yavatmal district, Maharashtra, under sub-section (1) of section 20E of the Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008, and their absolute vesting in the Central Government.
