The Central Government declares the acquisition of specified lands for the "Wardha- Nanded (via Yevatmal Pusood)” New BG Railway Line" in Yavatmal district, Maharashtra, under sub-section (1) of section 20E of the Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008, and their absolute vesting in the Central Government.

The Central Government declares the acquisition of specified lands in Nanded district, Maharashtra, for the Wardha-Nanded Special Railway Project, vesting them absolutely in the Central Government free from encumbrances, in exercise of powers under sub-section (1) and (2) of section 20E of the Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008.
