The Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, exercising powers under sub-section (I) of section 5 read with section 7 of the Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998 (Delhi Act No.7 of 1999), has reconstituted the Delhi Agricultural Marketing Board with immediate effect. This notification, No. F. 8(23)/2016/DAM/MR/Pt-III/8021, issued by the Directorate of Agricultural Marketing on February 2, 2026, supersedes all previous notifications regarding the constitution or re-constitution of the Board for Official Members, preserving actions taken prior to this supersession. The reconstituted Board includes the Hon'ble Minister (Development), GNCTD as Chairman, the Director of Agricultural Marketing, Delhi as Vice-Chairman, and seven official members: Special/Additional Commissioner, Development (representing Agriculture wing); Additional/Joint Commissioner, Development (representing Cooperative wing); Special/Additional Commissioner, Food & Civil Supplies Department; Commissioner (Planning), Delhi Development Authority; Additional Commissioner (Planning), MCD; and Joint Agriculture Marketing Advisor, DMI (Directorate of Marketing & Inspection), MoA&FW, GOI. The Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and official members will hold office at the pleasure of the Government.

No. 445 PART IV GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI 701 DG/2026 DIRECTORATE OF AGRICULTURAL MARKETING NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 2nd February, 2026 No. F. 8(23)/2016/DAM/MR/Pt-III/8021.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 5 read with section 7 of Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998 (Delhi Act No.7 of 1999) and in supersession of all previous notifications issued for constitution/re-constitution of Delhi Agricultural Marketing Board, in respect of Official Members, published in the official gazette, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby reconstitutes the Delhi Agricultural Marketing Board consisting of the following persons, with immediate effect, namely: A. The Hon'ble Minister (Development), GNCTD. : Chairman B. The seven official members shall be as under: i. Director of Agricultural Marketing, Delhi. : Vice-Chairman ii. Special/Additional Commissioner, Development (Representing Agriculture wing of Development Department). : Member iii.
